CompanyIntroduction
The Tramex story began in 1988 in a modest workshop on Via Senato, Milan, Italy. Initially, Tramex served the local industry with a focus on electric motors and power transmission. Over time, this family-run workshop grew rapidly. In 2001, Edoardo Dante officially founded Tramex with the primary goal of manufacturing, repairing, and distributing components for electric motors, gearboxes, and power transmissions.
In 2004, Tramex took a strategic step by shifting the production of electric motors to Asia to meet growing market demand, both domestically and abroad. Meanwhile, operations in Italy focused on the production of gearboxes and power transmissions. Unfortunately, the global financial crisis that hit the world had a major impact on Tramex, which eventually led to the cessation of Tramex Srl's operations. However, this did not stop Tramex's spirit to continue growing. The company then shifted its focus abroad and established Tramex Pty Ltd in Singapore.
Tramex Srl has become a leading brand in Asia, with its largest consumers coming from Singapore and Indonesia. Tramex's journey from a small workshop in Italy to becoming a key player in the Asian market is a testament to perseverance, innovation, and the ability to adapt to changing times.
